Why do you train outside of your sport?
Speed and Strength is crucial to the game of lacrosse. I train to be able to compete at the top level and make an impact.
How often do you train?
I train as often as I can, usually 3-5 times a week.
Why do you train so often?
I train often so I can be the best version of myself and reach the goals I have set.
Why do you train at Revolution Athletics?
I train at Revolution Athletics because it has an incredible atmosphere. The staff here is unbelievable and they really push their athletes to be the best. Also, every athlete here has the same mindset as you, and to be the best you have to train with the best.
