The Revolution Athletics Basketball specific strength and conditioning program is directed by former DI basketball player Don Brown and is specific to basketball players only. Athletes will receive specific instruction on training that is applicable to the basketball court. This program is designed to educate and improve a player’s technique on defense, offense, reaction time, agility, first step explosiveness, vertical explosiveness, footwork, and flexibility. Those athletes that have committed themselves to the program have seen tremendous results translate from the turf to the court in only a few weeks.

Our method of training incorporates 3 different modalities; Speed & Agility, Strength, and Recovery. Combining these 3 methods during athletes off season allows them to see steady improvement and avoid training plateaus throughout the training cycle. However, if an athlete is in season there is an emphasis on Strength and Flexibility giving them the best opportunity to play at the top of their game toward the end of the season.
