With our Football-Specific Training, we have designed a program that allows our football players to fulfill their athletic potential on the field.

Staying on the field is the only way you can make plays, training at Revolution Athletics will allow you to prepare your body for any level of competition. Proper training allows athletes to stay healthy and decrease risk of injury. Coaching our athletes to develop maximal force against maximal resistance. Force application carries over to the field with every step, every block, every tackle by making your athlete more explosive. The average play on the field takes about 5-7 seconds so it is crucial that those seconds are utilized effectively. At Revolution Athletics, we’ll make those seconds count.

REVO Training Protocol

Our method of training incorporates 3 different modalities; Speed & Agility, Strength, and Recovery. Combining these 3 methods during athletes off season allows them to see steady improvement and avoid training plateaus throughout the training cycle. However, if an athlete is in season there is an emphasis on Strength and Flexibility giving them the best opportunity to play at the top of their game toward the end of the season.
