High School

Revolution Athletics’ High School training classes are an hour and 15 minutes long. Our program is designed specifically for the athlete to maximize athletic potential.

All workouts are built to focus on the individual athletes needs and based upon the sports they play, as well as their specific strengths and weaknesses. The program will focus on proper techniques for speed & strength training, while improving force production, explosiveness, agility, strength, balance, stability, and more. What truly makes our program different from all the rest is not only the superior training staff but also the ability of our trainers to educate the athletes “why” they are doing something.

Each trainer explains and educates our athletes on the purpose of the drill or exercise they are focusing on. This allows the athlete to gain a more in-depth understanding of the exercise, motivating our athletes to work harder allowing them to transfer this knoweldge of a drill or technique onto the field in their sport.

REVO Training Protocol

Our method of training incorporates 3 different modalities; Speed & Agility, Strength, and Recovery. Combining these 3 methods during athletes off season allows them to see steady improvement and avoid training plateaus throughout the training cycle. However, if an athlete is in season there is an emphasis on Strength and Flexibility giving them the best opportunity to play at the top of their game toward the end of the season.
