Hockey is all about being explosive; quick stops and change of direction followed by quick accelerations to gain an edge over your opponent. By increasing speed, agility and strength, hockey players will see a dramatic improvement in their skating skills allowing them to outskate and evade opponents. Revolution Athletics specializes in the proper speed, agility and strength training needed to increase a hockey player’s quickness, checking power, balance, control, passing and shooting speed while also decreasing the chance of injury.


REVO Training Protocol


Our method of training incorporates 3 different modalities; Speed & Agility, Strength, and Recovery. Combining these 3 methods during athletes off season allows them to see steady improvement and avoid training plateaus throughout the training cycle. However, if an athlete is in season there is an emphasis on Strength and Flexibility giving them the best opportunity to play at the top of their game toward the end of the season.
