These classes are an hour long each and have been purposely scheduled to provide the best product for our athletes while making it as convenient as possible for our parents. By scheduling these classes back to back it allows our athletes to do a full hour of strength training followed by a full hour of speed training.

Our Middle School Strength program is designed for the young athlete to establish a foundation of base strength, properly progressing them from bodyweight-based movements to more challenging exercises. Various equipment will be utilized such as TRX systems, medicine balls, and bosu balls to help develop them into a complete athlete, and weights will only be introduced when the athlete has shown significant proficiency with the program.

Athletes must be evaluated and placed into this program. Athletes in this program will continue to learn the basic techniques behind speed and strength and will also begin to go into more advanced techniques and details in speed training.


REVO Training Protocol


Our method of training incorporates 3 different modalities; Speed & Agility, Strength, and Recovery. Combining these 3 methods during athletes off season allows them to see steady improvement and avoid training plateaus throughout the training cycle. However, if an athlete is in season there is an emphasis on Strength and Flexibility giving them the best opportunity to play at the top of their game toward the end of the season.
