In a grueling sport that utilizes every energy system, from alactic to anaerobic, one needs to be properly prepared before they step onto the pitch. Here at Revolution Athletics, we provide speed, agility, and strength training in order to develop the complete athlete, a necessity in the sport of rugby. Using the various implements available at our facilities we are able to recreate rucks with bags and bands, mimic mauls with sled drags, and simulate scrums with prowlers. Through proper progressions and sport-specific drills, we are able to develop each rugger to their full potential.

REVO Training Protocol

Our method of training incorporates 3 different modalities; Speed & Agility, Strength, and Recovery. Combining these 3 methods during athletes off season allows them to see steady improvement and avoid training plateaus throughout the training cycle. However, if an athlete is in season there is an emphasis on Strength and Flexibility giving them the best opportunity to play at the top of their game toward the end of the season.
