Revolution Athletics offers two different types of off-site team training:

Speed & Agility Training (can also be completed in our facility):

At Revolution Athletics, we know the value of team camaraderie and its importance to having a successful season. Our team training programs will facilitate all your teams’ needs to improve their overall speed, strength, and conditioning. Revolution Athletics will customize training programs according to the age, sport, skill level, and specific strengths and weaknesses of a particular team.

  • Our team Programs are built the same way a teacher builds a lesson plan. Each workout has objectives, key points and goals. This increases the progression of the programs faster. Anyone can put athletes through a grouping of exercises and drills but Revolution Athletics takes it one step further and educates our athletes. Athletes will learn the proper technique and purpose behind each exercise and drill they are asked to perform. This allows an athlete to connect to the exercise and focus on their specific weaknesses. The athletes will also learn how each exercise and drill will help them perform at a higher level in their sport. These teaching methods are what motivates and helps the athletes accel when training.

    Strength & Conditioning Training:

    Customized strength and speed programs can be created for your team, where factors such as sport, team-size, facilities/equipment available, and time frame will all be accounted for, and will be geared towards peaking right before the season starts. Trainers can demonstrate how the training session should run, as well as proper technique for all exercises, and can be available to run the weight room or speed sessions with the coaching staff. Individual skill levels and training status/age will also be accounted for, and programs can be customized and progressed for the varying levels of athlete on the team. Various training modalities will be used such as accomodating resistance, progressive loading, dynamic effort, active release techniques, as well as balance and prehab work.

    REVO Training Protocol

    Our method of training incorporates 3 different modalities; Speed & Agility, Strength, and Recovery. Combining these 3 methods during athletes off season allows them to see steady improvement and avoid training plateaus throughout the training cycle. However, if an athlete is in season there is an emphasis on Strength and Flexibility giving them the best opportunity to play at the top of their game toward the end of the season.
