Well, if I were you, I would create a plan. A step-by-step organized checklist that ultimately culminates in accomplishing your Main Goal.
Let’s take this one step further and say that our goal is to play a sport in college, and obtain a scholarship to do so. Our first step would be to learn that sport, correct? Alongside that goal should be one of proper healthy movement. That’s where Revolution Athletics comes into play. We educate athletes’ of all ages and levels in proper movement. Squat healthy, then move some weight in that proper movement pattern, take those strength gains to proper running mechanics, and ultimately compete at the highest level once those foundations have been met.
