Our volleyball specific classes at Revolution aims to enhance an athletes’ performance through their matches. If a volleyball player is looking to improve specifically on their vertical jump, blocking at the net, serving, footwork, reaction to the ball, balance, and range of motion, this program encompasses it all. Rubber bands, agility ladders, hurdles, chains, plyometrics, and weighted sleds are all used at different points in the program. However, the most important part of the program is the education the athlete receives on how to accelerate properly, jump properly, react quickly, and injury prevention. The physical and mental aspects of this program will take athletes to the next level.

REVO Training Protocol

Our method of training incorporates 3 different modalities; Speed & Agility, Strength, and Recovery. Combining these 3 methods during athletes off season allows them to see steady improvement and avoid training plateaus throughout the training cycle. However, if an athlete is in season there is an emphasis on Strength and Flexibility giving them the best opportunity to play at the top of their game toward the end of the season.
